There are approximately 23 million Sikhism followers around the world and most of them reside in the Middle East, mostly Pakistan and Iran.
Teachings and Principles/Beliefs
Sikh beliefs include only having one God, God is without form or gender, everyone had direct access to God, everyone is equal before God, good life is living in a community, and rituals and supersititions have no value. Some of the principles include Pray, Work, Give.

There are five main items that every Sikh man has on them: Kesh (uncut hair that is covered by a turban), Kirpan (a ceremonial sword that is usually worn on a cloth strap across the body), Kara (a steel bracelet for strength and integrity), Kangha (a small wooden comb used to keep their uncut hair tucked in their turban), and Kachhera (cotton boxer shorts that are used for self control and chastity).
